Reporting to: Head Finance/COO

Experience: A least 5+ years of working experience in relevant field with IT/ITES Companies

 

The role will be responsible for the following

  1. Analysing the purchase requisitions and ensuring timely availability of required items
  2. Preparing Comparative Statements and analysing quotations
  3. Maintaining response time to Sales team
  4. Cost improvisation post order receiving from the customer
  5. Preparation of Purchase order while taking due care of Taxes, Rates & Terms and conditions
  6. Corresponding with vendors and follow up with them for delivery
  7. Ability to negotiate and sustain OEM relationships
  8. Extended credit from Vendors
  9. Margin for deals
  10. Discover and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliers
  11. Meeting the proper business requirements (documentation) following the parameters of audit and compliances

Skills required

  1. Good in communication skills
  2. Preferably should have experience of purchase items for IT/ITES
  3. Should have worked with System Integration Companies
  4. Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  5. Comfortable working in dynamic work environment

Education: Any Graduate/Master’s

CTC: 5,00,000 – 8,00,000 and above (Open for right candidate)
